Valyte collects personal information voluntarily provided during account registration or platform interaction:

The platform automatically collects technical and usage information:

4.4 Data Sharing for Ad Measurement

Customer data is shared with Google and third-party providers for ad measurement and attribution services. This includes conversion data and engagement metrics. Platform use acknowledges consent to this sharing per Google's Privacy Policy.

Valyte does not sell personal information. Information is shared in these circumstances:

Service Providers: Third-party vendors (payment processing, hosting, analytics, advertising, email, customer support) bound by contractual obligations protecting information.

Business Transfers: Information may transfer during mergers, acquisitions, financing, or asset sales.

Legal Requirements: Disclosure when required by law or valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, government requests).

Protection of Rights: Information disclosed to protect Valyte's, users', or others' rights, property, or safety.

With Your Consent: Information shared for other purposes with user consent.

7. Your Choices and Opt-Out Rights

7.1 Marketing Communications

Users may opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contacting support@valytedata.com. Transactional and service communications continue after opt-out.

7.2 Cookies

Cookie preferences managed through browser settings or Google advertising opt-out (see Section 5.3).

7.3 California Residents

California residents have CCPA rights including: knowing what personal information is collected, used, and shared; requesting deletion; and non-discrimination for exercising rights. Submit requests to support@valytedata.com.

7.4 EEA/UK Residents

EEA/UK residents may access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, or request data portability. Exercise rights by contacting support@valytedata.com. Users may lodge complaints with local data protection authorities.

8. Data Retention

Personal information is retained as long as necessary to fulfill policy purposes, provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Account information is retained during subscription and a reasonable period thereafter.

9. Data Security

Valyte implements commercially reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational security measures. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. Account compromise should be reported immediately to support@valytedata.com.

10. Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed to individuals under 18. Valyte does not knowingly collect information from children under 18. Suspected child information collection should be reported to support@valytedata.com.

11. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain third-party website links. This policy does not apply to those sites. Users should review third-party privacy policies.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Valyte reserves the right to update this policy anytime. Material changes are posted on the platform with updated dates. Continued platform use after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Platform use does not create investment advisory, brokerage, or professional services relationships. All data derives from publicly available sources (SEC filings) processed using automated tools including large language model technology.
